We are looking forward to a new year and a fresh beginning. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to reflect upon the year that’s just past.

First and foremost, we at Nimmadhi Properties want to take this time to thank every one of our tenants and owners. Our at Nimmadhi Properties is “we rent houses and mange it” and we wouldn’t be able to do it without our wonderful owners and tenants.

Every day we strive to work hard for our property owners as we help them protect their investments, and treat our tenants with the utmost respect and professionalism.

2018 was a big year for Nimmadhi and we want to share some of the 2018 highlights in property management with you.

• First, we are proud to say that the Nimmadhi Properties team has grown quite a bit this year. These new members of our team are helping to make sure that things run smoothly and we can produce the best results for all our tenants and owners.

• This is the Eight year running that we have made this prestigious list! This year, we came in at Top with Maximum Sales Growth. We were very excited to receive the honor of being recognized by all of our tenants, owners and team members to thank for getting us there.

• Finally, 2018 brought us the launch of our new website. This site was a total redesign from what we previously had. With its clean, streamlined design and exciting new features, like the live-chat feature and the advanced compatibility with mobile devices, web Login for the clients to view the details whenever required. we hoped to better serve you and provide an even better space to share information with you. We hope that you’ve been loving the new site as much as we have.

• With all our clients support we are now heading to New Branch at Coimbatore, Packers and Movers, Farm House and Hire Cars launch this year. We always expect your support and love to move forward. Aside from our awesome new site, we have been very active on all of our Social Media.
