    Packing and unpacking is the most tedious job and no-one enjoys doing it. Personally everyone prefer to hire movers and packers to help with moving but everything cannot be done by them right? So, inevitably you will have to get involve for the small things that matters to you and your family.

    Moving to a new neighborhood is usually about improving quality of life – a better home, a safer area, a shorter commute, higher quality schools, more greenery, etc.

    Proximity to your workplace and other places you need to visit on a frequent basis, available amenities (shops and services), access to care (hospitals and other medical facilities, police and fire stations, etc.), transportation (road infrastructure and traffic patterns, public transport services, bike lanes, sidewalks, etc.)

    Startup a Conversation:

    Just because you find an opportunity to meet your new neighbors after you move into the neighborhood, doesn't make it easier to do. Some of us are shy, while others of us are more concerned about privacy. Find out how to strike up a conversation and introduce yourself without seeming like a nosy neighbor.

Familiarize yourself with the neighborhood shops, grocery stores, restaurants, banks and hospitals. Look for any parks and garden for your children to play. Take them there and encourage them to mingle with other kids to make new friends.
